Promotions, Discount Codes and Gift Vouchers
If you have a discount code, then it must be entered into the promotional code box in your ‘basket’, and must be done so at time of ordering. We will not be able to apply a discount code to an order after it has been processed, and no refunds will be given.
Free delivery promotions apply to standard delivery within mainland UK only. Free delivery will be applied to your order at the basket stage. All orders are subject to Ragdoll Interiors terms and conditions.
Discount codes and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. During our sales our products are already discounted so your promotion or discount code will not be valid when purchasing sale items. All offers are subject to availability and on full prices items only. Promotions and offers applies to selected lines and whilst stock lasts. Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once it has been processed, therefore we are unable to apply any discounts and promotions to existing orders. We regret that we are unable to apply discounts and promotions to any back orders.
Gift vouchers and P&P are excluded from any offers and promotions. Discounts and promotions can only be redeemed one per customer. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.

Gift Vouchers
- Ragdoll Interiors gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods online or can be used to purchase good over the telephone.
- Gift vouchers exclude postage.
- Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
- When redeeming gift vouchers online or over the telephone you will be required to give the voucher code number displayed on your voucher.
- If you have to return goods you have purchased using a gift voucher you will be credited with a gift voucher.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from day of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to replace any lost gift vouchers.
