At Ragdoll Interiors, we are passionate about excellent customer service and meeting expectations. Therefore, we aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days, however your order can take up to 7 days to be delivered depending on your chosen delivery method.

PRODUCTS PLACED ON PRE-ORDER:
If all your items purchased are on pre-order, your order will not be delivered until the date specified at the time of ordering. If your purchase consists of products in stock as well as products on pre-order, the available products will be despatched within our normal timeframe and the items on pre-order will be delivered until the date specified at the time of ordering. However, if the pre-ordered items are due into stock within the next two weeks, we will hold your entire order for one delivery at the earliest opportunity.
CLICK & COLLECT:
All Click and Collect orders must be placed before 3.00pm for same day collection. Please allow 1 hour from the time of ordering for the goods to be made available.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
*FREE standard delivery is applied to all orders over £120.00 and delivered within Mainland UK. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Inverness, Aberdeenshire and parts of Ireland may vary.
All Standard Delivery orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days of your order date. Please note during busier periods, your order may take up to 7 working days to be delivered. Your despatch email will contain the chosen courier and tracking number to track your parcel.
Orders placed after 5pm will be dealt with the next working day.
If your parcel for any reason cannot be delivered because it is the 3rd attempt the courier company will then return this to their local depot where an admin fee will be applied to the parcel to resend out to you – this is payable by yourself and they will contact you via email. It is advisable to put a work address if you wont be home to receive your order.
